My experience with FAS was very good to replace my 30 year old windows. Starting with the sales rep Garrett who knows his product and the industry and was helpful in choosing a style that I am very happy with. FAS was the 4th window company I met with for a quote. The first was from Renewal by Anderson which was RIDICULOUSLY ASTRONOMICAL. The 2nd company failed to email a quote. The third company never even checked back with me after the meeting to inquire if I had made a decision. The lead time from order to install was not bad (about 4-5 weeks). The install team had a process that kept the mess to a minimum and was methodical in completing the install. The windows look great. I never knew the upgrade windows could bring to your home! The quality of the work this company provides is top tier. Garrett made this a seamless process for us, he gave us exactly what we needed to hurricane proof our home, while providing the aesthetics we were looking for, at a price point we wanted. He was very honest and his knowledge of the product made us confident that we were choosing the right company. It’s hard to find anyone in sales you find trustworthy and knowledgeable and Garrett brought both of those attributes to the table. Once we decided on our windows we were passed onto Jordan who was also a pleasure to work with, she was consistently checking in on our progress and keeping us in the loop with each step of the permitting and install. Speaking of installation we were expecting an absolute mess in our home, even thought they promised that they would seal off the parts of the home they were working on we were still mentally prepared for their to be a disaster in their wake and we were so wrong.
